You will receive over 40 educational videos on; nutrition, training and lifestyle. These videos provide you with an educational masterclass and all the essential information you will need to help maximise results.

HOW DOES ONLINE VIP WORK?
All you have to do is simply state your goal, provide some information on your current lifestyle and eating habits etc. And from this a personalised fitness and nutrition plan is calculated for you.
Your personalised plan will be ready within 72 hours and in the meantime you will be provided with a ‘starter pack’ which will prepare you for your plan and get you familiar with the apps that you’ll be using.
You will be send your plan and you will be provided with all the tools you need to achieve your fitness related goal, providing you with an educational masterclass on how to adapt your nutrition and training around your lifestyle.
Your trainer will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your plan and schedule a telephone or video call. You can use this time to discuss your plan and ask any questions you have regarding your plan, your trainer will answer any queries you may have and ensure your confident with everything.
You will then be provided with weekly access to your fitness trainer via video or telephone call. A weekly ‘check in’ call will then be scheduled for the remaining period on your coaching plan and this call will be used to make any necessary adjustments to your plan.

ONLINE COACHING QUESTIONS
HOW WILL I KEEP ON TRACK WITH MY GOALS?
The Online Coaching systems at AC Fitness are systemised to ensure you are supported every step of the way. Each week you will be able to ‘check in’ with your trainer and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
HOW WILL I ACCESS ALL MY WORKOUTS?
As a member of the Online Coaching community you will receive unlimited access to the easy to follow AC Fitness workout app. You will be able to log and track all of your progress, the workouts are easy to activate as video and technical guidance for all exercises are provided.
BUT WHAT HAPPENS IF I GO OFF TRACK?
This is precisely the reason why Online Coaching works so well because when most people feel like they’re going off plan they give up completely. By checking in weekly with your expert trainer you will become accountable and far more likely to shake off a minor set back and get back on track.
BUT IM CONSTASNTLY ON THE ROAD, HOW WILL I KEEP ON TRACK?
The whole purpose of the Online Coaching service is to ensure you stay on track whilst on the road and when your lifestyle becomes extremely busy. If you’re work involves staying in hotels quite often, then your workout plans will be structured to accommodate this.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO BECOME SELF SUFFICIENT?
The purpose behind coaching and educating clients is to get them to a point where they are self-sufficient and able to consistently maintain a nutrition and training plan long term. The time frame will vary from individual but generally it takes around 3-6 months to install habits that will last the client a lifetime.
WILL I BE ON A LOW CARBOHYDRATE PLAN?
No. You will be provided with a nutrition plan that is balanced of all the key macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats and protein).
BUT I DON’T HAVE TIME TO EAT MULITIPLE MEALS PER DAY?
No need to worry! You will be set daily and weekly calorie targets and you aren’t required to consume multiple meals to achieve your targets.
DO I NEED TO BE AN EXPERIENCED COOK?
No. Fear not! There is no need to be a Michelin star chef, all the recipes provided in your online plan are simple to cook and prepare.
I’M NOT A FAN OF PROTEIN SHAKES, WILL I HAVE TO TAKE THEM?
No. Not at all! The aim is to consume natural food sources where possible; protein shakes are a ‘supplement’ to food sources and are not essential. However, they can be a convenient source of protein to contribute towards your protein target when busy and on the go.
I ENJOY A DRINK AT THE WEEKEND, WILL THERE BE FLEXIBILITY AT WEEKENDS?
Yes. Most definitely! The whole purpose of the coaching service is to create long term sustainability, operating on a reduce NOT remove mentality so there will be flexibility for your favourite meals over the weekends.
HOW OFTEN WILL I BE TRAINING?
This will depend entirely on your lifestyle and what you can commit to on a long-term basis, but the recommended guide is between 3-5 times per week.
DO I NEED TO A MEMBER OF A GYM?
No.It is recommended that for optimal results that you join a gym with access to resistance training kit, however this isn’t mandatory as home and hotel workouts are provided if you struggle with access to a local gym.
WILL THE EXERCISE PLANS BE SIMPLE TO USE?
Yes.All the workout plans are activated via the AC Fitness workout app and all exercises are provide with video and technical demonstration to make workouts simple and effective.
WHAT STYLE OF TRAINING WILL IS MOST EFFECTIVE?
The type of training method that you use will depend entirely on your lifestyle and what you can commit to. However, the training plans focus on resistance training and working major muscle groups 2-3 times per week for maximum results and time efficiency.
BUT I DON’T HAVE MUCH SPARE TIME TO TRAIN?
The whole purpose behind the training programs is to minimise training time and maximise results. The training times will vary from individual to individual but it is generally recommended that you commit 3-5 hours per week for optimal results.
