What Is Online Personal Training?

Online Personal Training is a new and exciting way to offer Fitness Coaching and achieve life-changing results. It can be utilised by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility and accountability. With Online Personal Training, you can work with the best in the world, from anywhere in the world.

How does Online Personal Training work?


Upon sign up, you will receive a questionnaire, this is based on your current, nutrition, training and lifestyle habits. This questionnaire provides me with all the information I need to create your Personal Online Training and Nutrition Programme.

Bespoke Training & Nutrition Plans

There are no cookie cutter plans at AC Fitness, you will NOT receive a generic plan. Your Fitness Programme will be fully personalised and adapted to meet your desired goals. Your fully customised plan, will help optimise your; training, nutrition, performance and mindset.    

1-1 Nutrition

You will learn more about nutrition than you ever thought. You will receive a 1-1 masterclass in nutrition, this is tailored to your specific goals. You will receive 1-1 coaching support throughout.

Weekly Check-in

Each week you will have a 1-1 check-in with me personally. We will use this time to access your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. Each week you will learn something new. 


You will be provided with an educational masterclass, learning about nutrition, training and lifestyle. We will discuss mindset, to help get you in the best shape physically and mentally.
