Santa Shred is designed for trainees who want to finish the year strong and shed some unsightly body fat in time for Christmas. You will receive 6 weeks of coaching and receive an educational masterclass on nutrition and training. 

You won’t be expected to complete unrealistic training programs and over restrictive diet plans. All you will need is a desire to better yourself and a wiliness to learn how to get the best bang for your buck with your programme.

SUSTAINABLE RESULTS

I’ve tried gyms and personal trainers in the past but have always given up because 1. I didn’t enjoy it, didn’t have goals and didn’t see results And 2. I would end up in agony from exercises that weren’t good for a longstanding back & neck injury which in turn would set me back even further.
