We are offering this course to anyone who considers themselves to be feeling their age but is unsure how to get fitter or is intimidated by a gym or group exercise classes.
We offer a unique and tailor made course that includes an initial 1 hour Physiotherapy consultation followed by six one hour personal training sessions.
